The filling of this pillow is unique, a combination of bamboo fiber and microgel. It offers maximum softness while providing reliable support for the head and neck. Microgel feels similar to down but is completely hypoallergenic and doesn't clump even after repeated use. The pillow arrives as a very dense, flat rectangle because it is sold vacuum-packed. It is compressed to a minimal volume (2-3 times smaller than its actual size) and wrapped in transparent polyethylene film with the air removed for easy transportation.

After unpacking, the pillow needs time (from a few hours to a day) to reach its working shape. It then gains volume and becomes similar to fluffy dough, hence the name.
