Dear buyers, our company returns and exchanges products of proper quality in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, which gives you the right to return or exchange a product that does not fit within 14 days of purchase.
Goods from the list approved by the Resolution of the CMU of March 19, 1994 No. 172 are not subject to exchange or return.
Exchange and return of good quality goods
You can exchange a good quality product for a similar product. Product exchange is carried out within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that the product has not been used, its product type, consumer properties, seals, factory labels have been preserved, and there is a product receipt or cashier's receipt or other document confirming payment of the specified product. The fact that you do not have a receipt or other document confirming payment does not deprive you of the opportunity to exchange the product.
If the buyer rejects the product of the appropriate quality, the cost of delivering the product and sending it back is paid by the buyer.
Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality.
According to Article 8 (Part 14) of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", in case of doubt as to the quality of the consumed product, such product must be subjected to a specialized examination. Exchange or refund of funds for such goods is carried out only after the results of the examination. The consumer has the right to participate in the inspection of the quality of the goods personally or through his representative. After the examination, our managers will inform you by phone about the results and provide a document for confirmation.
